ESPEN Madrid 2018
The leading congress in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism ESPEN 2018 will be held at IFEMA from 1 to 4 September 2018, an international event that will bring together professionals from all over the world.
Under the slogan “Nutrition without borders”, it will highlight the interest in exploring new topics in clinical nutrition, where more than 4,000 delegates from this field are expected to attend, including doctors, researchers, nurses, students and industry representatives. They will come together to meet and discuss cutting-edge science in an informal setting, generating new synergies and reinforcing existing ones among partners. ESPEN is the leading European clinical nutrition association. The congress expects to break attendance records on its 40th anniversary. Although ESPEN is a European association, the congresses bring together delegates from all over the world: nearly 100 countries will be represented to celebrate the long-awaited anniversary in Madrid, the congress venue.
The congress has visited Spain three times: after the congresses in Barcelona (1987, 2012) and Madrid (2000), this 2018 will be the fourth occasion where Madrid will be the protagonist to host the great nutritional meeting.
